For markerless AR projects, ARgonauts supports all kind of devices that supports ARKit and ARCore. For marker based AR projects, the devices that are supported are minimum iOS OS 9 and Android Marshmallow.

There are several factors that may cause the AR does not showing up on your devices. The most common ones are that you are not connected to the internet connection, you have too many tabs opening at a time, or your device does not support AR. External factor can also be the cause, such as the area is too dark. If the problem persist, you may contact us for further assistance.
Yes it does. ARgonauts needs internet connection to load the content you create so that it can be placed in AR. Please make sure you are connected to the internet when opening your ARgonauts project.
