RETURN POLICY


Octagon Studio Return Policy

We  want  you to  be happy  with the purchase(s)  you make. Our customers may  refund, return or exchange the  product(s) within fourteen (14) days of receiving  your item(s) under our Return Policy. To do so,  you must contact Octagon Studio Ltd, with registered office at Majesty Office Building B8-B9, Bandung  40164, INDONESIA and please communicate your decision with clear reason within the specified given time by emailing us indicating your order number on [email protected].

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS

All  the products  sold at octagonstudio.com  are in perfect condition. If something is damaged or defective, incorrectly described or different from the  sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable  specified time and meets these following guidelines:

  • Email  to [email protected]  indicating your order number,  a clear reason with photo proof   of your item(s), describing the damaged  or defective item(s) and then you must ship  back to us within fourteen (14) days after you receive your item(s).

  • Return with photo proof of the purchased item(s) is a must.

  • Return must be accompanied with proof of purchase (order number).

  • Please  indicate  this on the  delivery slip and  inform the courier at delivery.

  • Item(s)  must be returned  in a good condition  and unused with the original packaging, original parts or accessories and with the original labels / tags / stickers attached.

  • Exchanges  for the same  item or in a different  type with the same price will  not incur any additional charges.  If the new item is a different product and there is a price difference, you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.

  • Approximate  delivery lead  time sent by us  to you is within seven  (7) days of receiving back your item(s).

  • No return will be given for damaged item(s) caused by customer.

  • For purchases from our stockist(s), you need to email and return your item(s)  to the respective stockist(s) and do not contact us for your return.

  • Any  returns that do  not meet our return  policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

 

REFUNDS

If  you request  a refund, the  purchase price (excluding  delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method. We   are entitled to keep your refund until you meet these following guidelines:

  • Email  to [email protected]  indicating your order number,  a clear reason with photo proof   of your item(s), describing the damaged  or defective item(s) and then you must ship  back to us within fourteen (14) days after you receive your item(s).

  • Refund with photo proof of the purchased item(s) is a must.

  • Refund must   be accompanied   with proof of purchase   (order number).

  • Refund will be given to customer within three (3) days of the date we receive your  returned item(s).

  • Shipping fees for refund item(s) must be paid by the customer.

  • Item(s)  must be returned  in a good condition  and unused with the original packaging, original parts or accessories and with the original labels / tags / stickers attached.

  • Customized   item(s) or  personalized item(s)   cannot be refunded, unless  you received your item(s) in a damaged or defective condition.

  • No refund will be given for damaged item(s) caused by customer.

  • For purchases from our stockist(s), you need to email and return your item(s)  to the respective stockist(s) and do not contact us for your refund.

  • Any refunds that do not meet our refund policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
